Like mentioned up above, for the longest time there was never a connection made between bad health and a fungal imbalance within the body.  And that's really what it is, a fungal imbalance.

But the key question for many folks is "How does this happen and why am I being affected?"  Let me deal with the "How does this happen" first.

Our intestinal tract is the "home" to two different types of organisms, the bacteria and the fungi (one primary fungi being candida or candida yeast).  The bacteria are the "Policemen" of the intestinal tract.  The candida yeast fungus is more of the "Bad guy".   And as long as there is balance, then things run pretty smoothly.  But if we end up with too much of the fungus, then bad things can happen.

"Hey Mike,

I'm sure I'm not the first to mention this - but since I've been on Threelac, I've noticed that my sinus issues (nose running after eating and drinking Wine) and persistent headaches have all but disappeared. Also I seemed to always have had small hives on my upper arms which are disappearing as well. Who knew?
I'm still experiencing die-off, but my 'off' symptoms aren't as bad as they were a few weeks ago. I have a pretty advanced case of Candida I've been fighting for a while now, but the missing headaches is a blessing!

"My story I thought began just two years ago, but in looking back there were
signs many years ago.

The most major thing was that I loved sugary things (don't we all!), and ate
them growing up, as well as lots of breads and pasta, etc.  Lots of beef in
my family for meals.  Always, always had a constipation problem.  In my
twenties I began having yeast infections on a regular basis.  Drank lots of
soda at that point.  Had a bout with arthritis when I was 28 yrs old, and
through a nutrition class and a lot of research I began eliminating most of
those things from my diet.  I was better for many years then except for
breads I reverted back.  Life became extremely stressful in my forties and
